Using Crystal Bowls

All bowls come with a rubber ring stand for optimal sound, a quality suede striker indicating your bowls color, and playing instructions.

1) Using the suede striker, strike the outside rim of the bowl softly three times.

2) Using the side of the striker, drag the suede along the outside rim of the bowl holding the striker at close to a 45 degree angle. Pressure and speed will determine the volume.

3) When the bowl reaches the desired volume remove striker, and absorb the wonderful energy.
